Stopped by for my first set of cowboy boots and I did not know anything about what i needed or wanted. Kyle (the manager/owner) was excellent. He helped me out, got me the size i needed (i apparently have wide feet) and left me very happy with my purchase. I would reccomend this store to my fiends, my family, and my church members !!!

The employees were willing to order a pair of pants in another size for my son and we even found great looking boots on clearance for my husband. My son still loves the boots we bought for him from here. I fight with him to change shows for school.

Very good employees (especially Meghan) We stop in every time we are close. Good selection of western wear. It helps to have employees who know a great deal about the product. I hope the new owner knows a good thing when they have it and treat these valued employees right.

I've never had such wonderful customer service than with Genes Boots. Exchanges or refunds taken care of courteously, professionally and promptly. My favorite place to visit every year during the State Fair! I'm never disappointed!
